I am concerned now for 5 years with the Business Process Management. Here I define as BPM in the BPM Common Body of Knowledge is written:

BPM is a documented IT support management discipline ... [and] ... a systematic approach to capture processes to design, execute, measure, monitor and to control that contribute substantially to achieving the corporate strategy agreed goals.

I've been rather on the field of modeling, analysis and design of processes for the implementation of a BPM system (BPMS) concentrates, but also been able to gather some experience in other areas.

In this blog I would like to publish my thoughts and experiences around the topic of BPM. I will try to report at least twice a month.
