A few days ago I worked with Bonita and created a small example of the process. Here I would like to describe my impressions. A free version of the BPM Suite can be downloaded at www.bonitasoft.com.

The product can be installed quickly for a demo on a Windows machine. Included in the installation are:

• Bonita Studio - client tool for modeling the processes and forms
• User Experience - Web GUI for the Process Engine

But unfortunately all too often made to standardize a straitjacket. And with this straitjacket even simple tasks almost impossible task. Unnecessary and inflated forms, multiple release levels, national consolidation and monitoring delusions often lead to restrictions in the working lives of employees. What are the consequences? I have finally found some time for a little test with Activiti perform. Here I must confess right away that I am not a developer, and therefore destined for one or the other step needed something more. But I hope I manage to build a small example of the process, mainly because I still hope some of the modeling of the Signavio and Ecplise. A few days ago I got a lecture by Dr. Siebecke ( Center for burnout prevention , University of Dortmund) belongs. Your lecture was specifically addressed the issue of burnout in the IT industry.
